Global Giving
Giving Back in Our Communities
In 2023, new88's Global Giving Program reported $12.6 million globally in support of STEM Education, Inclusion, Community Support, Environment, Disaster Relief and Health and Wellness initiatives. Thanks to the generosity of our employees through their personal donations of approximately $1.5 million, the total impact in our local communities reached $14.1 million.

Employee Engagement
Matching Gifts
Through new88’s Global Giving Program, eligible employees in the U.S. and all over the world can request a company matching gift to double the impact of their personal contribution(s). This enables new88 to directly support our people’s community investments and involvement. Information on matching gifts is available for employees on Airwaves. Matching gifts should be aligned with new88’s focused areas of giving.
Employee Volunteer Grants
Employees who volunteer time, talent or provide financial support to an eligible non-profit organization are encouraged to submit a grant request to the new88 Global Giving Program for consideration. Grant requests should be aligned with new88's focused areas of giving.
The level of support granted is commensurate with employee involvement in the project and how well it fits within program guidelines. Grant applications are reviewed monthly.
Our Global Giving Program is conducted consistent with and all applicable laws. Working with United Way Worldwide, new88 will continue to ensure that our international gifts meet this standard.
