The data is drawn from information gathered by Bloomberg, whose gender reporting framework is the only international standardized reporting and disclosure method for workplace gender data.

Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to highlight America's top 500 employers for diversity, based on an online survey of more than 60,000 Americans.
